Ron Fox has over 15 years experience in labor relations both as an Executive Board President with A.F.S.C.M.E. and as a representative of management for the State. He joined the State of Oregon as a Personnel Officer in 1999. He is currently assigned as the Senior HR Analyst with the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. Ron has served as Vice President and President of the Oregon State Personnel Management Association. He joined the IPMA Oregon Chapter Board as a Member-at-Large in 2002 served as Vice President for 2004/2005, President 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 and is serving again as President for 2008/2009.
