Susan's twenty six years in Parts and Service Management for Automotive Dealerships provided an unusually broad base of experience in many aspects of business including the Human Resources field. In the early years of her career the majority of the Human Resource tasks in the automotive industry were managed by the Department Managers and Supervisors, providing a hands-on education. In preparation for a desired career and lifestyle change, she began attending college in 2000. In 2004 she completed two degrees, one in Business and one in Management. She completed a certified Paralegal Program in November 2008. She has also received numerous other certifications including Human Resource Management Specialist, Business Planning and Ethics, Organizational Behavior and Supervision. Susan is also certified as a Customer Service Specialist through the International Customer Service Association. Susan serves on the Board of Directors for two 501(c)(3) Non Profits in the Denver area and is a volunteer with many Denver non-profit agencies including Family Tree and The Lupus Foundation of Colorado.
