Kelli Williamson is currently the Human Resources Manager at Otay Water District in Spring Valley, California (located just east of the City of San Diego). She has been in the field of Human Resources in both public and private sector since 1991 which has included positions at Otay Water District and Mission Federal Credit Union.

Kelli served for eight years on the San Diego IPMA-HR chapter, including two years as President, and has served two years with the Western Region IPMA-HR Board as Secretary.

She has a Master’s of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing, both from National University. She has continued to keep current by earning designations as SPHR in 1999, IPMA-CP in 2005, and Associate of Risk Management in 2006. In addition, she was selected by the YWCA as a recipient of the Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award in 2003.

Kelli is an almost native of California (living here since she was a few months old). In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her husband of 25 years, grown children, or on a mountain somewhere either hiking or mountain biking, riding her road bike, working out, or reading.
