Mary Rowe IPMA-CP has been the Human Resources Director for the City of Milwaukie, Oregon since 2001. She has 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She previously was the Sr. Personnel Analyst for the City of Gresham, Oregon; working primarily in Organizational Development & Training and started her HR career as a Personnel Analyst for Clackamas County, Oregon. She has an undergraduate degree from Reed College and an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Oregon. Mary is one of the founding board members for the Oregon Chapter of IPMA and served on that board in various capacities since. She received the Management Practitioner Award from the Oregon Chapter of Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) in 2004.
