Cindy
Delgado is the Employee Relations Manager for San Jose State University.
Cindy has been with the University since January 2007 as the Workers'
Compensation Specialist for San Jose State University. During that
period she developed and implemented a formal Return-to-Work Program
policy for the campus. She also restructured the workers' compensation
reporting policy and procedure that has resulted in cost savings
and improvements that have set SJSU apart from other CSU campuses.
Cindy
brings over 14 years experience in counseling and management. Cindy
lives her philosophy of collaborative conflict resolution in the
various roles she has held. She currently serves on the board of
the Disability Management Employer Coalition and the State of California
Department of Industrial Relations, Commission on Health and Safety
and Workers' Compensation. She is currently completing her Master's
in Business Administration and holds a Baccalaureate degree in Psychology.
