Dr. Fortson has over 20 years of experience in personnel selection concentrated in test development, validation, and training. Currently, he manages the test rental division of CPS Human Resource Services, which consists of 15 employees who administer a cadre of over 50 stock and custom multiple-choice written tests with over 1000 clients across the United States and Canada. The Test Rental unit provides technical consulting to clients by creating test-based human resource solutions to meet their individual needs. Before joining CPS, Dr. Fortson worked for East Bay Municipal Utility District where he was responsible for job analysis, test development, and test administration. Dr. Fortson received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.
