Dr. Ilene is personally devoted to continuous learning, using her broad based industry expertise and extensive experience to enable organizations to meet their future growth goals. She also devotes time to growing leaders by teaching MBA students at Babson College, the Keller Graduate School of Management and the Kaplan MBA program. Ilene has also served as a mentor in the Women’s Unlimited Leadership program, and the Phoenix Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). Ilene serves on the Board of Directors for Arizona Entrepreneurs (http://www.azentrepreneurs.com), the Women’s Enterprise Foundation (WEF) (http://www.wefphx.org/) and is an advisor to the AAAME (APS Academy for the Advancement of Small, Minority and Women Owned Enterprises) program.
