Jason Schaefer is currently employed as a Personnel Management Consultant in the Test Rental unit at CPS Human Resource Services. The Test Rental unit provides technical consulting to clients across the United States and Canada by creating test based human resource solutions to meet their individual needs. In his tenure at CPS, Jason has completed job analysis and test development projects for a variety of classifications. Jason received his M.B.A from California State University, Sacramento and has completed all coursework towards a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (thesis in progress).
