Kelli Johnson

Kelli Johnson is a Senior Consultant for CPS Human Resource Services, which offers employment testing and psychometric support to public agencies. She has developed a range of selection, licensure, and certification exams containing both written and oral components, and has experience in test development and validation, test administration, job analysis, item writing, classification studies, and program evaluations. She is currently finishing her Master’s thesis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at California State University, Sacramento. Her research focus includes outcomes of various selection procedures, pass point settings, minimizing adverse impact, alternatives to traditional cognitive testing, social intelligence, and biodata.
