| "Hey...Get
out of your way!"
Do you find yourself rewriting the same goals year
after year and never reaching them? Do you feel like there's got
to be more to your career, relationships, life but you just don't
have the time or the energy to find out what that might be? Does
the thought of moving up frighten you? If the answer to any of these
questions is "Yes", then you are standing in your own way! Developing
goals, visions, and strategies are skills we've all been taught.
Then why is it so hard for us to reach them? Why do so many people
resign themselves to being merely satisfied with their present situation
and stop reaching for something more? In this powerful, interactive
presentation, you will learn how your thoughts, fears and other
emotions all play a part in building a wall to stop you from moving
towards your goals. You will learn how to identify those blocks
and push them aside, leaving room for you to freely move towards
your dreams. Goal setting starts with a daily plan, however, we
often find ourselves frustrated when we are unable to follow the
plan we've developed. Included in the presentation will be tips
on how to manage your expectations as you develop your goals. Finally,
learn how to control your emotions when you are faced with unpleasant
situations, such as, challenging employees, demanding managers,
unnecessary meetings and more. At the end of the session, attendees
will gain insight on what obstacles may be preventing them from
moving forward toward their goals. They will learn how to recognize
and remove these blocks allowing them to continue on their journey
to success. Also, attendees will learn how their actions define
them and how they can take control over their emotions when faced
with unpleasant situations. This is a must see for anyone who has
challenges achieving their goals and reaching their dreams!
