“Do We Lead, Follow or Get Out of The Way? Using Moral Intelligence During Fiscal Uncertainty”

Closing Keynote

This session will provide not only fundamental information on the art and science of moral intelligence, it will help the audience navigate the integration of moral intelligence principals into their own leadership profiles. This skill set is critical for the role of all human resource professionals in this period of fiscal downtown and uncertainty.

Participants will:
• Review the tenets of moral intelligence and what separates these guidelines from that of emotional intelligence.
• Assess their own level of readiness in this area of leadership and HR service.
• Develop a plan for use of this skill set within their own public sector organization, as well as identify barriers to the application of these tools.
