“From Crisis to Clarity”

Let’s learn from this crisis. Understand how to better leverage the HR function in these economic times of having to do more with less. Too many HR departments are just struggling to survive. How do you manage to do the critical transformational work when you only have the budget for the transactional? How do you build L&D and OD skills with your HR staff for important organizational progress? To get clarity on these issues and more, join two creative experts in this area; Michelle Kelly, CEO of EPI and Linda Newell, SPHR, senior consultant at EPI and Colorado State Senator.

After attending this session, you will be able to:
- Strategically prepare for continued changes in your workplace due to the economy
- Seize opportunities of crisis for organizational growth
- Develop HR staff into change agents and internal consultants
