“Maintaining Morale & Productivity In Difficult Times”

Employers often try to help the employees who are being laid off and those efforts are laudable. Less often is there anything done for those who do not lose their jobs and this oversight can be very costly! We have known for some time that those who remain employed can suffer greatly and when they do, their productivity and the success of the organization suffers, too!

Even if your organization is not having layoffs, your employees are likely worried about the possibility when exposed to almost daily reports about others doing it. Plus, they may be experiencing stress from other difficulties caused by the international recession problems. (Have you checked your retirement accounts lately?)

This workshop will provides ideas and how to techniques in a 3-pronged strategy to assure continued good morale and productivity.

In this workshop, participants will:
• Identify strategies for maintaining morale & productivity
• Learn specific techniques for informing & engaging employees
• Develop ideas for demonstrating care & concern for demoralized and stressed employees
• Learn how to listen with empathy & understanding
