Dear Colleague,

The Western Region International Public Management Association for Human Resources (WRIPMA-HR) and the Arizona Chapter of IPMA-HR invite you and your organization to be part of its 2012 conference, Ignite Your HR Fire, to be held April 11-13, 2011 in Phoenix, Arizona.  Exhibitor dates will be April 11th and 12th, 2012.

The mission of IPMA-HR is to promote excellence in public sector human resources management.  Each year hundreds of human resource directors, managers and professionals meet at the regional conference to discuss, learn and share ideas with colleagues from over 13 difference states in the Western region of IPMA.  The conference offers your agency an excellent opportunity to meet, network and conduct business with attendees looking for products and services in the public sector human resources field.  Past conferences have attracted 175 or more participants from agencies throughout the Western region.

We offer many different sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising options and are confident we have one that will work for you.

I.  SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 Includes:

• Sponsorship or co-sponsorship of break or continental breakfast
• Recognition of sponsorship in conference signage
• Listing as sponsor in conference program and on Western Region website with link to your website.

• One (1) conference registration
• Exhibit table*
• One half page advertisement in conference program**

II. EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITY

Spark Sponsor - $750

Include:

• Exhibit table*
• Listing as an exhibitor in conference program and on Western Region website with link to your website
• Advertising on the Arizona IPMA website and a link to your website for one year
• Quarter page advertisement in conference program**

*General exhibit space is assigned on first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to a 6” table.  Booth assignment will not be made until deposit/check is received.  Internet access in NOT included in the exhibitor fee.  It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make arrangements with, and pay all applicable fees, directly to the hotel.

**Advertisements must be submitted in PDF format.

III.           ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITY

If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to take advantage of our advertising opportunity.  You do not need to be a Sponsor or Exhibitor to place an advertisement.  For advertising opportunities, please contact:
