Transportation Information
Travel time from the Airport (Phoenix Sky Harbor) is approximately 15 minutes. The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown does not have a Hotel Shuttle.
Taxi charges approximately $20 from the Airport
Here is a step by step guide to the Sheraton via our Valley Metro Light Rail:
- Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, exit terminal on the North Curb
- Buses will be to the left and taxis to the right
- There will be a pillar near the buses with a sign for the light rail shuttle (if you need assistance, there will be attendants who can help guide you to the right spot)
- Board the free Light Rail Shuttle and take to 44th Street/Washington Station
- Trains arrive every 12 minutes from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; all other hours, every 20 minutes. The last full trip of the day begins at 11 p.m. arriving at the opposite end of the line at midnight. On Saturday night, service hours are extended: the last full trip begins at 2 a.m., arriving at the opposite end of the line at 3 a.m.
- Purchase your Light Rail pass for $1.75 at the Kiosk (cash or credit/debit cards). You will not need to give your ticket to anyone – just enter when the doors open and take a seat.
- Board light rail heading West and ride to the Van Buren/Central Ave Station (upcoming stops will be announced over the intercom).
- Walk 2.5 blocks East and arrive at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel
