Greetings from Colorado, the Centennial State! The Colorado chapter consists of 115 members including 13 dedicated and hard-working Board members. In July/August the Board conducts an annual summit to create a strategic plan, discuss committee roles/assignments, develop programming topics and celebrate our successes. Each year we identify a relevant HR theme for the sessions. Our theme for 2022-2023 is Rethinking the Business of HR: Shift Happens. We’ll conduct nine events throughout the year (October thru June), all virtually, which will focus on data driven-decisions, mental health/well-being, people and productivity, our popular employment law update, and more.
